Show BOOSTING PLANS 1 TOR SALT LAKE Real Estate lien Outline Campaign of Advertising Advertis-ing the City. ! At the regular weekly meeting of the Real Estate association held yesterday yester-day afternoon the board of governors submitted the standing committees for , the ensuing year, after which President "folburn delivered an address outlining outlin-ing his ideas of what the association should .do for "A Greater Salt Lake." He advocated a campaign of education among the people of Salt Lake In order to show to them that thousands of dollars, dol-lars, are spent annually in "wildcat" advertising which could be spent to far better advantage If placed at the disposal dis-posal of the association. He urged that business men contribute $1 per month. .as do tha business men of Los Angelas, and that this amount be used to advertise and boom Salt Laks. . It was decided that as soon as funds couli be secured to etect a .iiammoth sign on some building in the central part of the city, where it could be seen by all strangers, which shall briefly set forth facts cf interest to those who are seeking a home or a place to Invest their cspital.
