Mitchell, the old-time weight man, who held the records for the 16-pound 16-pound hammer and the 56-pound weight . for many ' years, has been entered en-tered by the New York Athletic club. Mitchell won the hammer throw every yeur from 1889 to 1897. when he Was finally beaten by J. Flannagan. With the 56-pound weight Mitchell was successful suc-cessful from 1891 to 1898. i Besides Coe.
