Show LAST RITES PAID TO LATE JAMES0; REBER Th? mortal remains of James O. Re-ber, Re-ber, late commercial agent of the Wabash Wa-bash railroad, were sent to Denver this morning for Interment.'' W. C. Inetzer, general agent of the Wabash, and Mr. Glendlnning. a brother-in-law of Mrs. Reber. accompanied the widow and the body of the dead man to Denver this morning on No. 6 of the Denver & Rio Grande. The Interment will take place In Denver. Representatives of all the railroads In Salt Lake were at the depot de-pot when the funeral party left. The funeral rites were conducted by Dean Eddy of the Episcopal church yesterday afternoon. The floral tributes trib-utes were beautiful and numerous, expressive ex-pressive of the esteem in which the dead man was held by his fellows. Pursuant Pur-suant to a general order every railroad rail-road office In the city, both passenger and freight, was closed from 2:45 to 4 p. m., a single clerk being left in each ticket office. A committee consisting of J. D. Ken-worthy, Ken-worthy, R. F. Neslen. L. H. Harding, J. E: Oglesby, D. R. Gray, J. A. Foley, I. A. Benton. C. A. Walker and J. J. Devereaux drew up a letter of condolence condo-lence and sympathy to the bereaved wife. The letter was signed by all the traffic agents of the city. |
