P.) Lloyd George, having opened his campaign for restoration to power before he Is fnlrly out of-office, returned to London from Leeds tonight for his last week end at historic No, 10 Downing street. In his speech at Leeds the retiring premier challeneg his opponents to an election to be fought out on the Issue of party welfare versus publie welfare. He accused his political foes of putting put-ting party Interests over the people's interests and announced himself as the people's champion. Parliament members tonight were rushing preparations for the intensive campaign which will continue until the middle of November and which will decide de-cide the political complexion of the next house.
