Show PROVO BATTERY HEAD TENDERS RESIGNATION PROVO. Oct. 26. Captain James B. Tucker of Battery C, Utah national guard ha a resigned and will be succeeded suc-ceeded by Captain Robert Patteraon. Captain Tucker iiaa leen In charge of the battery for the put rive years, and under hia direction ti haa become one of the leading units In the national guard. Captain Patterson haa been connected with the battery during the last two years. In making known the reslgnstton of i (aptstn Tucker, In a letter from Adjutant i General W. U. Williams, ha says in part that "Captain Tucker Is being relieved from the command of Battery C and discharged dis-charged from Ihe national guard at his own request, I'nder his command Battery Bat-tery C haa developed Into one of the leading units of the natfonal guard, and! one of which we are all duly proud.
