Show TRAFFIC OFFICER IS UNDER CHARGE TWIN FALLS, Idaho, July to (By r. P.) Complaint waa filed thl. afternoon aft-ernoon In probate court against W. H. Oheen, traffic policeman, charging him wlth'eruelty to animals, by Attorney At-torney E. J. Hornlbrook, representing Dr. F. E. Snook, who Is now In Los Angeles, and Mrs. Snook, who la In Salt Lake City. Neither of th. two h.v. bee. notified of th. killing of their fine Airedale dog by Oheen her. Tuesday sfternoon. It Is sllegrd that the policemen shot the dog In the yard of the keeper and that the bullet almost grssed the leg of a little girl who was standing nearby. It la also alleged that th. policeman took the dog after ha had shot It through ths leg and dragged It with a chain behind his wheel to th. outskirts of town, where h. killed It. |
