Certain Chan In the cabinet, which have been under consideration by the Pekln government for acme time, were announced an-nounced today and ara believed to have an Important bearing on the relatione extatlng between the northern and aouthern republic. Sun Tan-Lin eucceeds Tien Wen-Lien Wen-Lien a minuter of the Interior. Lo Wen-Kan succeeds Kao LJng-Wel aa minister of finance, and Hhu Chlen takes the place of Chlng Yao-Cheng aa minister of education. Hhu Chlen formerly was minister of Justice of the Canton government. In a recent statement, Hun Tat 8en. drposcd.presldent of the southern government, gov-ernment, criticised the financial situation situ-ation In Pekln and urged the adoption of a system of compulsory education.
