Kellar who led the tho first contingent from district No 3 to toe Camp Lewis Washington Here is one fact that stands out for Salt Lake City says Kellar Ninetysix Ninety six men were in our company twenty- twenty one ono from Salt Lake and seventy-five seventy from different parts of Utah Montana and Wyoming Ten men were chosen to act as noncommissioned officers of the company compan Seven were chosen from Salt Lake City boys and three from the theother theother theother other seventy five Do not not think that thatis is a bad showing Of course that was just for a tryout and so 10 far none of the appointments have really been mad mad mads Kellar himself has been named battalion battalion battalion bat bat- sergeant major
