G Osborne During the past Christmas season year old Johnny Brady w s making out a Christmas Christmas Christmas Christ Christ- mas list Topping Topping- the list was an unusual item 1 shelf Johnny like a great many youngsters today lives live under very crowded conditions He and two of his brothers share the same bedroom Theres There's very little little little lit lit- tle room left to keep the treasures treasures treasures treas ures that every boy and girl irl collects Even chipped marbles or dolls lolls old playing cards cards almost almost anything can anything can be dear to the heart of these youngsters In Johnnys Johnny's house too small to provide a room for each child too crowded to include a chest chestor or even a set of drawers a shelf was better than nothing But it needed to be for Johnny alone
