MY OPINION By Walter Waller The budget message goes boes to congress on Jan 15 It looks now like billions for defense and for aspirin The president will deliver his State of or orthe the Union message in person but the budget will be carried in by eight men all weight lifters Copies will be availably from the public printer and they make a nice addition to the night table people who cant can't sleep wont won't want to after they get past the first chapter The nice thing about the national budget 1 is that unlike the family budget they first 1 decide what they want then they get the money for it In cur house we have to take the money available and do what we can get with it but I like the other way better and trust that the government eventually will allow I us to borrow the system a
