AldrIdge and manager Francois Vernon Twenty seven pieces compose the b band nd and several of ot the musicians are talented Instrumental soloists The numbers tomorrow night will include Colonel Wards Ward's March a popular popular pop pop- ular waltz called caned My l Buddie and POP I one one of ot the latest fox Cox trots Toot Toot root Toot- Toot sl sl All An the band members h hail from I Edmonton Canada and they are certainly certain certain- ly boosters for their home town In their natty uniforms with scarlet red jackets campaign hats snappy black trousers of ot the Canadian Northwest mounted police pollee and brown leather puttees they present quite a picture Today the band serenaded the state senate andi anth house which adjourned at 11 1130 30 In iii order to hear a special concert On the Capitol steps Governor Mabey and members of ot the legislature posed for moving pictures taken by the Clawson brothers which will be made into a news newsreel newsreel newsreel reel and be featured at all Pantages I houses and probably in a news weekly Tomorrow at noon the band plays for the Lions Lion's club Last night they were feature featured fea fea- I ture at the election n of ot officers at the I local Elks club All these events are made possible through the courtesy of ot Manager Eddie Eddla Diamond I |
