Vest West who had served 26 days of a day 30 jail jai sentence imposed on him by Police Judge Frank E. E Moss for 13 traffic violations lons Case was sentenced Dec 26 to pay a a fine of and serve 60 days in city Jail with 30 days suspended upon payment of the theline fine line when he pleaded guilty to 10 of f the 13 charges which included speeding ignoring a re red traffic light improper parking driving without a drivers' drivers license and other violations Case pleaded guilty to the additional additional additional addi addi- three charges Wednesday and Judge Moss sentenced him to 30 days in jail to run concurrently with the term he then was serving Commissioner Romneys Romney's motion was based on a letter signed by Judge Moss Chief of Police L. L C. C Crowther and City Prosecutor Roscoe W. W IrvI Irvine who stated they had discussed the matter and felt that due to family circumstances and the boys boy's present feeling toward toward to to- ward traffic we would not be out of the way in recommending that this this' boy be pardoned as of or this date and the balance of any sentence sentence sen sea tence be forgiven The city commission pardon was effective Wednesday |
