Show Funeral Services ' For E. A. Nye Funeral servlcos for Ephralm A. Nye were held In the FlrsfWrnd Meeting Meet-ing House yesterday afternoon. Ills-hop's Ills-hop's Counselor, Jos. Anderson, presided, pre-sided, nishop John linlfour of Hrlght-ou Hrlght-ou Wind, where Mr Nyo lived, Joseph Jos-eph W. Gontes, Andrew Peterson und Oeorgo A, Gontes were tho speakers. Mr. Nye took with u stroke n week ago today whllo living at his sister's home. Ho was taken to tho h. I). S. hospltnl where ho passed away Wednesday Wed-nesday without having regained tho uso of his limbs or tho power of specoh. Ho was born In Urlghnm City December De-cember 27th, 1878. His parents woro John and Ellzn Nye. He filled a mission mis-sion to Indlnun In 1899-1001, and flvo ycnr8 after returning wns married to Miss I.tuirn Knudson, who with their tlireo children, aged G montliB, C years nnd 7 years, still survive. Ho learned thoroughly tho principles princi-ples of telegraphy nnd held diplomas from three schools. When tnklug nn examination preparatory to filling tho railroad office nt Urlgham City, he wbb turned down becnuso of heart trouble, which was tho first that ho, knew of the ailment which caused him much suffering for tho Inst flvo years of his life, nnd which finally was the cause of his death. Mr. Fred Nyo of Albion, Idaho, a brother of tho deceased, mid Mrs. Lot-Go Lot-Go Olson of Brighton and Mrs. Snrali Wheatloy of Fielding, his sisters, were present nt tho funeral. |
