therein i SECTION 1 That it its s is s proposed to amend section 3 of Article 10 of the Constitution of the state of Utah as amended by the vote of the electors at the general of 1930 to read as follows g c Soc Sec 3 The proceeds of the sales of all lands that have been or may hereafter ter be granted by the United States to this state for the support of the common schools and five per of the net proceeds of the sales of United States Bublic lands lying within the state and sold by DY the United States subsequent to the admission admission ad- ad mission of this state into the Union shall be and remain remain a permanent fund to be called the State School Fund the interest of which only shall be expended for the support of the common common cornmon com corn mon schools The interest on the State School Fund the proceeds of all property property property prop prop- erty that may accrue to the state by es escheat or forfeiture all unclaimed shares hares and dividends of any proposed to amend section 7 1 of 13 of the Constitution of the state of Utah as amended by the vote of the electors at the general election of 1030 1930 to read road 0 as follows S See Sec 7 7 The
