J L. L G. G Johnson and Elmine J J. Anderson Anderson An An- derson both of Salt Lake The plaintiffs charge they each gave deeds to two lots to E. E P. P Simpson In exchange for shares in in the c company corn com m- m pany which according to the complaint complaint com corn plaint was operated to mine a v valuable vain vain- lu able ore found only in Nevada Alaska Alaska- and Canada in North America Simpson the c complaint alleges said the mine was in full operation and the ore assayed at 1000 a ton Both plaintiffs charge that the representations representations were false that the mine was not in operation and that little ore had been mined They ask that the deeds be canceled and that the property be returned to them Johnson the complaint points out gave two lots for shares of stock while Anderson gave two lots and for shares of stock
