Old Time Thim Smelter I and Lime Man Dies One One of the first ir t smelter and lime quarry operators of Salt SaIl Lake died at the home of ot his brother at Nampa Idaho February 16 where he had had gone to celebrate his hla seven seven- ty sixth birthday He was Fr Francis Adolphus Pascoe and was one of the first to cross the plains with his parents In the early He lie was visiting with his brother William Wiiliam R. R Pascoe at Nampa when hen death came suddenly The deceased was born in London London Lon Lon- don January 11 ii 1850 The greater part of ot his Jils life was spent in and anel about Salt Lake Lale He operated a smelter and lime quarry north of Sa Sat Salt t Lake for a n number of years but for the last seventeen years has been engaged In the lime business business business busi busi- ness at Driggs Idaho He Is la survived by by his son son F. F J.
