Woods Cross Residents Catch Alleged Burglar FARMINGTON Jan 30 During During the past week Herman Klingla alias alas Hermon Walters was captured captured captured cap cap- in Woods Cross and turned over to the sheriffs sheriff's office otice Upon being questioned by Sheriff Sherif George Mann he stated he had served a term in the Montana Montana state prison and also admitted robbing the homes of Vird Cook Dr W. W A. A Whitlock Basil Bai Layton Mrs Amanda Cook and Mrs Ella Ela Dawson Dawson Dawson Daw- Daw son all aU of Layton The burglar was seen coming from the home of ot Mr 1 and Mrs rs Horace Barber in Woods Cross it was alleged Mr Barber called his law in Gilbert Hatch and they gave chase overtaking him within a few tew blocks He was taken to Bountiful and turned over to City Marshal Hans Lawson where I he was searched Several articles and some money belonging to Mr 1 Barber were recovered the sheriff sherif r in the said Walters Valters was placed i county Jail Jai at Farmington wh where re rehe I he is being held until charges are preferred
