Morse forse to permit County Clerk Margaret Zane Witcher Vitchel to open the election returns from froni districts 6 63 83 91 91 95 and 98 8 so that they might be canvassed by tho the county commissioners commissioners- The judges of ot ott t these five fi districts scaled the tho returns up with the unused and spoiled ballots so that hat it ft was impossible to get got at them without an order from the court The application was made this morning mornin by County Attorney L Lyon Lon on on behalf of ot Mrs Witcher and was promptly granted by byth bythe bythe the th court The rhe work worl of canvassing the returns Is not going forward as rapidly as had been I expected and it is now believed that the job will not be completed before Thursday Thursday Thursday Thurs Thurs- day or Friday Little change in the thc general result I is expected as a result of the canvass The rho vote on the constitutional amendments is apparently in favor of all tho the questions in Salt Lake county by about three to two
