MILL CREEK MAN SEEKS PROTECTION J. J P P. living near Mill 11 Creek applied applet to the county attorneys attorney's office this morning for protection from some of his neighbors with whom he has ha been having some tro trouble ble over a n rIght light of way through his land He says that some of his enemies enemies ene ene- mies miss went through his lila land hand last night and instead of shutting tho the gates as a the tha courts ruled tho they should do tore them down and carried them thorn awa away Som Som time ago Murphy and some of his neighbors neighbors neigh neigh- bors hors had a case ease In the courts over a aright aright aright right of ot wa way through Murphys Murphy's land Permission was wa given for the others to drive through his land hand but it was wa ordered that the gates were to b be maintained and kept shut Murphy says sas that a crowd of or men remained around his farm practically practically all night last night and he and his wife wire had to keep watch nearly all al night to keep them from Crom his roan destroying prop prop- erty He says that oe one man among the faction faton that destroyed his gates and other other oth oth- er property said he 11 would soon be a corpse Mr Murphy asked aked the county attorney to give him protection until Judge Ritchie returns to hear a contempt case which i Is already In the court
