Show A Chinaman Arrested. Today a native of the Flowery Kingdom who answers to the name of Ycc Lee was taken into custody by a United Sates deputy marshal. With him was brought In two Chinese Chi-nese women, one of whom is known as Sing Toy, and Is his wife. The other is a 15 year-old girl who gave her name as Duck Doy, The last named js a new arrival from San Francisco, having been here about three weeks. The charge against Vee Lee is that he is the keeper of a house of pro-tUtu'.bn pro-tUtu'.bn on Commercial .Street. It is asserted that he and his wife purchased pur-chased the girl from a Chinese firm in San Francisco, and brought her here for purposes of prostitution. It is claimed that she has been used in this way since her arrival here, to brlns money to her owners, for ! Is helil m their slave.
