The judge instructed the jury to aiquit if the original packages bad not l-cen broken, las-lug las-lug his decision of the Supreme Court decisiou, and refusing to apply ap-ply Stateor local statutes to the case. The Pittsburg merchants, by the way, have for some time been selling oleomargarine in tbe original origi-nal itackages, holding that State lawn can no more Interfere with the tiufllc in provisions than with that in liquors. |
