Brown, Billy Washington and a soldier whose name was not learned were each fined iu the sum of 5-1. Henry Djrrau was being tried for drunkenness and resisting an officer. iYalterPorchcrand Willia-n Burton Bur-ton are held for tiwpass. Willinm lwU is cliarged with petit Larceny, ana Oscar Iarton with burglary. Both are In tlie city jail and will be tried to-morrow. |
