Frank Ryan, Wm. Jackson aud John Mahan are in jail for being drunk. Jesse 1 Icll and Mary Rell are to lie tried on Saturday for disturbing the leace. Mike Murphy, Henry Sherwood and James Sullivan are iu custody on a charge of trespass. John McMillen was tried today fer assault aud battery. |
