Joseph Oslorne aud John Mangan were lined $ each for being drunk. Dan GaUigher, for assaulting a man with a knife-, was given 90 days in jail and fined 500. This will keep him in ISO days. Frank Ryan, Wm. Jackson aud John Mahan are in jail for being drunk. Jesse 1 Icll and Mary Rell are to lie tried on Saturday for disturbing the leace. Mike Murphy, Henry Sherwood and James Sullivan are iu custody on a charge of trespass. John McMillen was tried today fer assault aud battery. |
