At the session of the County Court jettcrday, Charles Sharp, super-vlspror super-vlspror district 31,and the supervisor or district 25, appeared In a matter regarding the condition or roads In their districts. Tho matter was referred re-ferred to tbe court as a committee of the wbole to Investigate and report at the next meeting. J. D. Cummlngs presented a petition pe-tition from soventy-clght residents or Mill Creek, asking that tbe district dis-trict be divided by .running a line north and south on tho east side or Calder's Farm, and praying for tho appointment or Marshal Helm in district! on the east side and Brig-ham Brig-ham Price in district 2 on the west. A petition signed by twenty-six persons per-sons if a) also filed asklug that Henry B. Williams be appointed in the event: of tiie district being divided. A third petition signed by forty-ilx irons prayed for the appointment of U.T.Buurtllff. Selection Huwe moved the district dis-trict be divided and tbe petition of Mr. Cummlngs be granted. Tbls was afterwards, however, withdrawn with-drawn until November 15th. THE rETITION of B. B. Qulnn, of Bingham, was denied by reaoouof the fact that tbe court had no jurisdiction. CJNCERMNO MB.
