D Giles the blind harpist of early Utah days he was well known throughout the West Mr Giles was born In Wales in 1850 and came to Utah in 1856 with the handcart company which arrived arrived ar arrived ar- ar rived in that year Since that time he had resided in Utah He is survived survived survived sur sur- by his widow Mrs Minnie Jensen Giles one brother Professor sor Henry E.
