THUGS OW V CITIZEN A D ESCAPE AfTER TA TAKING LOOT Thomas R. R Rooney Is Waylaid by Two Highwaymen Highwaymen High Highs waymen at Second West and Second South Streets Sunday Night and Is Robbed of Money and Checks Police Have Description warning according to his Ills story to the police WITHOUT W v Thomas W.
