L Slattery The cases comprised twenty-six twenty counts char charging falso entries and reports to the tho controller of 01 currency and I were against J. J C. C Peters R. R B. B Noble D. D A. A Davidson L. L II H. Booker Book Dook- i er and E. E R. R Funk The three latter named were cashier assistant I cashier and bookkeeper while Petera Peters Peters Pet Pet- ers era and Noble are former directors Peters and Noble were found guilty on twenty-five twenty counts Saturday by bya I Ia I a Jury and are to be sentenced by Judge Bourquin today The counts upon which they were convicted I were of making false entries in the I books of ot the bank and false reports I to the controller I |
