On a very steep Incline the brake got out of order and the wagon started down the hill. Miller tried to jump, but his. foot caught and the heavy- wagon wa-gon went over him. The unfortunate unfor-tunate man was so severely Injured that he lived only a short time. A boy was at once sent for a doctor, but shortly after be left, the man breathed his last and another messenger mes-senger was sent with news of his death.
