Cannon; and the fjurth, against ' Zion's Savings Bank. I incidentally learned that there was some prvj-crty at or near Omaha, 'ob., which had at one time belonged to and was occupieu by tho iato corporation, and I obtained ob-tained abstracts which disclosed that the property had len told for taxrs, but under thu laws or that Stale in such cases the money can be refunded refund-ed with iHtertst and tlie rperty re-covered, so I am informed. I submitted sub-mitted these abstracts to CI.
