Show GREEK RELIEF PROCLAMATION WHEREAS, the Greek war Relief association, Inc., lias the permission of the federal government of the United States, Permit No. 390, to aid the heroic Greek people in their striiRtflcs to maintain liberty and everything every-thing that is precious to mankind, and WHEREAS, said association desires to solicit the support sup-port of the people of Bingham Canyon in this meritorious meritor-ious project, and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Bingham Canyon should give financial aid to the relief of stricken families of Greece, which money shall be used solely for the furnishing of such families food, drugs and clothing, NOW THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED, that the people peo-ple of Bingham Canyon express their sincere sympathy to the people of Greece and it is most earnestly urged that each and everyone of us make a voluntary contribution contri-bution toward the relief of the women and children in the mountainous, rugged land of Greece, where people are now turning blue with the cold for the lack of clothes clo-thes and children are starving for the lack of food, while the men are fighting a horde of invading soldiers'. The opportunity is ours. We as individual Americans should freely give as much money as we can afford to keep hunger and cold from stout-hearted people defending defend-ing their homes and the right of liberty and democracy from destruction. CONTRIBUTIONS may be made at the First Security Bank, Bingham Bulletin, Bingham Grocery, Chipian's Food Store, Copperton Cash Market, Lark Mercantile, National Tunnel and Mines offices, Bolic Merc, Independent Inde-pendent Grocery at Copperfield.
