Show 'Busy Years Ahead ' Seen In 1947 Paper Industry Sees - Very much alive are the 33 plants of the pulp and paper industry in-dustry in Washington, Oregon and California. Furthermore, they look forward to three or four of their best business years. One paper manufacturer predicts: "We don't expect the supply to catch up with the demand for about four years." The industry hopes to keep war-born war-born outlets and add new uses and' customers. Retailers have a lot of catching up to do on their supplies of paper bags. New types of papers will be needed for deep-frozen deep-frozen foods, and packaged goods are expected to increase in use many times. |
