Show Engineer Continues Study of Utah Engineers conducting the county coun-ty wide sewage survey and Utah lake pollution study have returned return-ed for some final winter sampling and last minute compilation, according ac-cording to Dale Despain, director direct-or of the Utah county planning commisison. The survey, which is being carried car-ried on by the firm of Ferguson. Headman and . Carollo of Pheo-nix, Pheo-nix, Ariz., was begun in August, of last year with summer sampling samp-ling of the water and sewage. The engineers left in October to compile com-pile their statistics from the samples sam-ples and have returned again to continue their work. "It is estimated that final reports re-ports will be submitted in about six weeks at which time a public pub-lic meeting with city officials and (Continued on page 2) Engineer Continues Study of Utah Lake Pollution (Continued from Page One) public health authorities and other interested parties will be held," Mr. Despain reported. "The meeting will allow for a reading of the statistics and recommendations recommenda-tions and also for a period of questions and answers on this vital vi-tal problem." The final reports will e submitted sub-mitted by the head of the ,firm. when these winter samples have been collected and a detailed study has been completed. |
