Show HARVEST FESTIVAL AND BAZAAR SET FOR NOVEMBER 29 A bazaar and harvest festival will be staged at the Fourth ward church November 29, at 7:30 o'clock. It is being sponsored by the Sixth ward for the purpose of increasing its building fund. Every Ev-ery effort has been put forth by enthusiastic members to furnish the public with substantial and useful products from precious jellies and jams to pork and other oth-er livestock. There will be counters coun-ters of appetizing foods, chili, icecream, delectable pastries, delicious de-licious candies, popcorn balls', etc. and everything to satisfy that yen for ftevors. In addition to these will be numerous tables of fresh vegetables and fruits, including poultry products. Gala booths of dainty aprons, luncheon sets, linens, towels, etc. besides lines of ready-to-wear clothing will be displayed. Outside will be conducted an auction sale of livestock. Interspersing it all will be many unique stunts for entertainment. All in all, a very full evening of enjoyment can be had by both young and old. |
