ERIE MINISTER ! BERATES POLICY OF U. S. Robert Brennan, Erie Minister at Washington, almost exceeds the limit of diplomatic courtesy In commenting upon the recent note of this government to his own country. Mr. Brennan says espionage in Eire is impossible, that "the American government is grossly misinformed," that our request was "almost an ultimatum," and adds, "Somebody blundered and it wasn't us." It is rather unusual for a diplomatic diplo-matic representative of a foreign country, in a public address, to berate be-rate the policy of the nation to which he is accredited.
