Show Mildred Fry Engaged To Wed zMilton Johnson MRS. WANDA PEAY WAS HOSTESS ON MONDAY to members of the Ad Libitum club at her home. Mrs. Sarabell Stewart of Spanish Fork was a special guest. A unique and attractive decorative decora-tive theme suggestive of Mexico, was carried out in table decorations decora-tions and favors. Luncheon was served early in the evening, followed fol-lowed by contract bridge. Prizes for the games were won by Ercel Clark and Dona Collins. The next club meeting was announced an-nounced for November 17, to be held at the home of Mrs. Lola Jensen. Jen-sen. FRIENDS WERE GUESTS AT A CHICKEN DINNER on Saturday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Sanford. Covers were arranged for Mr. and Mrs. Glen Tipton, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Brown, and Mr. and Mrs. Hardy Child. z Of special interest to friends and relatives is announcement of the engagement of Miss Mildred Fry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fry of this city, to Milton Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Julius Johnson of Provo, the marriage to take place in the near future. WE READERS WERE GUESTS OF MRS. RONALD THORPE at her home on Thursday evening to hear Mrs. Mary Bird review the opera, "Rigoletto,"- by Verdi. Mrs. Bird also illustrated her review with recordings. At the close of the program, tasty refreshments were served to the following members and guests: Mrs. Lynn Alleman, Mrs. Elmo Blackett, Mrs. Helen Anderson, Mrs. Naomi Beardall, Mrs. G. B.
