Show u forthcoming Marriage of Young Couple Announced for Monday at Salt Lake MISS FLORENCE HARDY WAS HONORED AT A SHOWER held Friday night at the home of Mrs. Mary Schwartz, with Mrs. Helen Crandall acting as assisting assist-ing hostess. Luncheon was served early in the evening from small tables'cen-tered tables'cen-tered with purple iris, yellow tulips, tu-lips, and buttercups, after which progressive neighbor was played, with high score prize going to Mrs. Leola Harrington. Approximately 2 4 guests who attended presented the guest of honor with many lovely gifts. Of interest to their many friends is the announcement of the forthcoming marriage of Miss Leslee Loveridge, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Loveridge of this city, to Reid S. Francis, son of Mrs. Barbara Francis. The marriage will take place Monday in the Salt Lake temple. Both are graduates of the Springville high school and both are former studens of the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young university. A reception will be held Tuesday Tues-day night following their marriage mar-riage in the First ward amusement hall. The young couple will make their home in San Diego, California. Califor-nia. PARI PASSUE CLUB WAS ENTERTAINED Wednesday from 4 to 6 p. m. at the home of Mrs. F. C. Packard. The delightful function was in the form of a tea, with members of the sponsoring Alpha Beta club acting as hostesses. |
