Show JUNIOR C. C. TO GET CHARTER AT DINNER DANCE Official launching of the Junior Chamber of Commerce program in Springville will take place Friday, March 22, when at 7:30 p.m. an induction banquet will take place. At this dinner dance, State president Val D. Hicks of Price will present the state charter to the Springville chapter, and the National charter will be presented by Willard L. Eccles, of Ogden, Utah's member in the National Jaycee directorate. Members will also receive their pins. President Ray Richards desires all members of the Junior Chamber Cham-ber to make reservations for the affair by Monday, March 18 with their color captain or contact Leo Crandall, or himself. The dinner will be served cabaret ca-baret style and during the evening a floor show under the direction of the Provo Conservatory will be given. A majority of the state officers are expected to attend as well as a good representation from a number num-ber of the other clubs. Ernest Boyer is in charge of the program and Frank Brown general arangements. Springville's application for a charter in the Utah State Junior Chamber was approved at a conference con-ference of Jaycee officials at Rich: field Sunday. |
