Show STATE JAYCEES CONFER ON TRAINING PLAN Membership training and maintenance main-tenance methods were studied Sundav afternoon at closing sessions ses-sions of the quarterly conference of directors of the Utah State Junior Jun-ior Chamber of Commerce at the Newhouse hotel. Ames K. Bagley, executive secretary sec-retary of the Salt Lake Junior Chamber, Jay C. Brockbank of Salt Lake City, and Ronald Wis-combe Wis-combe of Roosevelt, state vice-presidents, vice-presidents, were speakers on the subject. Wayne Woodland of Willard, a state vice - president, discussed committee activities for the coming com-ing quarter, and was followed by chairmen of several state committees, commit-tees, who reported on the work of their groups. Elmer B. Quist of Cedar City, a state vice-president, discussed programs for the national nation-al Jaycee convention in Minneapolis, Minne-apolis, Minn,, in June, and the state Jaycee convention in Cedar City in September. Representatives of 20 of the 2 6 Junior Chambers in the state were present. Thomas G. Barker of Og-den, Og-den, state president, was chairman. |
