OCR Text	Show COUNCIL NAMES DATE FOR BUDGET HEARING The Springville city council, at a regular meeting Monday night, approved a budget to govern expenditures ex-penditures for the coming year, and set a public hearing on the budget, to which all citizens are invited, for next Wednesday at 7:30 p. m., in the city hall. The council also approved the appointment of George Gabbitas as city nightwatchman, and appointed appoint-ed Ruel Averett as health inspector, inspect-or, who will also have part-time police duty.
