OCR Text	Show i LOCAL CONTRACTOR OFFERS LOW BID J. M. Sumsion of this city offered offer-ed the lowest of three bid in the office of the state road commission commis-sion at the capitol on a contract for placing a road mix bituminous surface on West Twelfth street in Ogden from Wall avenue to the Nye's Corner - Hot Springs road. He proposed to do the work for $131,417.95. West Twelfth street provides an additional entrance road to the Utah general supply depot.
