Cranmer, sc-n of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Cranmer, will be honored at a missionary farewell fare-well Sunday evening, October 9, in the Third-Ninth ward church beeinnine' at 7 r.m. Called to serve a mission to the Western States, Fred entered the mission home Wednesday of this week. He will be stationed at Denver, and will represent the Third ward along with seven other missionaries from his ward who are now serving in various mission mis-sion fields of the LDS church. The program for the testimonial testimon-ial will include prelude and post-lude post-lude music by Lucile Erickson. Invocation In-vocation by Frank Cranmer; vocal duet by Vera Zobell and Melba Wheeler, remarks by Bishop Er-win Er-win Sheffield, T. Melvin Haymond, violin solo by Betty Hoover, remarks re-marks by Bishop Bliss R. Packard, Pack-ard, and parents of the missionary mission-ary and the missionary. The choir will render selections and the benediction will be pronounced by Neil Sumsion. |
