The leaders in the Big "Teenager" Prize Contest at the close of the second sec-ond period. For the second straight week these three energetic junior citizens of Springville have topped all competition in securing new and renewal subscriptions to the Springville Herald, and, as a result, have high hopes as the finish of this exciting race nears. In the "runner-up" class and very close to the leaders were the following fol-lowing contestants . . . listed in order of their relative standings: JOYCE HATFIELD, AFTON TINGEY, DON HORTON, LA-VAR LA-VAR ENGLE, JOAN BLEGGI, ELAINE ENCE, AND KENT GABBITAS. Winner of the special prize of $10.00' for the biggest number of NEW subscriptions for the second week was Jeanine Watts, an outstanding out-standing young lady who, as a result of her hard work climbed from a three-way eighth place tie at the close of the first week to a FIFTH PLACE position going into in-to the final lap of the contest. con-test.
