Show Fine Paper Given At Mothers Study Meet A well given and informative paper on "American Citizenship," given by Mrs. Rena Roylance, highlighted a meeting of the Mothers Study club, held at the home of Mrs. Nellie Burt last Friday Fri-day afternoon. President Hilda Cherrington was in charge and asked Mrs. Verda Hunter to give a report of the recent club convention. Two accordian selections were given by Rex Blanchard. Supplementing the program also Mrs. Philda Finley, Mrs. Bess Mendenhall and Mrs. Irma Brails-ford Brails-ford gave a vocal trio, accompanied accompan-ied by Mrs. Mary Witney. . Cut flowers in autumn variety and shade, decorated the entertaining enter-taining rooms, and the hostess served a nicely aranged lunch at the close of the program. She was assisted by her daughter, Mrs., Nadine Bismark. Mrs. La-Preal La-Preal Friel was also a special guest. |
