Show ) , What's Doing In Kiwanis Mr. and Mrs. Roy DeSpain will entertain members of the Kiwanis club with moving pictures pic-tures and oral description of their recent nver trip, at the regular meeting on Thursday nig'ht, at Memorial hall. C. G. Salisbury will be toastmaster and fine musical mu-sical numbers arc also being arranged. The meeting last week was one of fun throughout, with the losing side of a recent attendance attend-ance contest playing host to the winners. The losers came bandaged ban-daged from head to foot and were seated on one sice or a long table from which they were served a fine turkey . dinner, while the winners "enjoyed" (?) tough meat, a potato chip and beans. The group was entei'tained with music from a quartet from the winning side and the losing hosts. A. Y. Wheeler, winning side captain, was presented with a loving cup for his efforts and several short talks were given by members from the losing side. C- E. Eggertsen was toast-master. toast-master. A letter was also read during the evening from Cyrus E. Dal-lin Dal-lin in answer to the greetings sent by the local club on the occasion of the sculptor's birthday. birth-day. President M. W.
