At Vienna, delegations headed by Nazi Foreign Minister Min-ister Joachim Von Ribbentrop and Fascist Foreign Minister Count Galeazzo Coiano were gathering gath-ering to arbitrate tomorrow the minority dispute between Hungary and Czechoslovakia. There was a definite difference of opinion in the Rome-Berlin partnership regarding a settlement, settle-ment, but there appeared to be little doubt that a satisfactory compromise would be reached and that some 11,000 square miles of additional territory and a million inhabitants would be cut off from the Czechoslovak republic. Hungary, Hun-gary, however, was believed unlikely un-likely to get a common frontier with Poland. In London, the British house of commons went back to work and it was indicated that it would take a hand in the future negotiations toward .stabilization of peace. But even there the power of the Nazi-Fascist partnership was felt as the cabinet worked toward making effective its friendship agreement with Italy and toward meeting Germany's demand for return of pre-war colonies.
