Show Resisting Officer Brings Heavy- Fine Four- hundr ed dollars were added to the coffer s of Utah county Monday Mon-day morning when Wesley Taylor and H. T. Sutton, both of Provo, i and Morris Howard of Salt Lake, ehantied their picas from not guilty to guilty on charges of battery and resisting an officer. Ralph Hundley of Vineyard pleaded guilty when the four men were arraigned in the Provo city court on February II. The four men were arrested on the night of February 13 when they resisted J. J. Madsen, Jr., constable of Vineyard. Vine-yard. Judge Maurice Harding sen-I sen-I fenced Sutton lo pay a fine'of Slfl'l j or serve .-. day for every dollar of Hie fine unpaid in the county jail.
