Show " SOCIETY games and a tasty luncheon suggestive sug-gestive of Hallowe'en were enjoyed by all. Guests included Miss Aleen Vane, Robert Harrison, Miss Coba Caffell, Harold Bissitl, Miss Ida Hoffman, Fred Kelsey, Miss Mar-Igaret Mar-Igaret Fox, Wilford Man waring, Jay Strong and the hostess. Mrs. Will Child entertained at a birthday party Tuesday afternoon for her daughter Nadeen, who is nine years old. Games and luncheon lunch-eon were enjoyed by a large group of school friends. Ava Delma club members were guests of Mrs. Margaret Zabriskie at a Hallowe'en party given Thursday Thurs-day evening at the home of her mother, Mrs. Joseph Roach at Palmyra. Pal-myra. Room and table decorations were suggestive of the occasion, with a dainty luncheon served ear-ty ear-ty in the evening. Progressive auction bridge followed. Miss Dama Giant was hostess at a Hallowe'en party at her home Thursday evening. Black cats, pumpkins and other Hallowe'en motifs decorated the entertaining rooms while a Hallowe'en witch welcomed the guests to the party. Fortune telling and other games featured the affair together with a tasty luncheon. A program of games was featured followed by refreshments. Present were Helen Tipton, Helen Dunn, Ora Nielson, Wilma Brown, Dorothy Dor-othy Murdock, Norma Gene Crandail, Cran-dail, Viola and Mildred Miller and Virginia Bird. Mrs. Ileen Bird accompanied by Mrs. W. A. Bird and Mrs. Will Brown were guests Thursday of Mrs. Floyd Hormer of Payson. The First ward Gleaner Girls and "M" Men entertained at a well arranged ar-ranged Hallowe'en and "hard time" party in the amusement hall Tuesday Tues-day evening. Unique decorations were employed throughout the hall ' and a large crowd of class members mem-bers enjoyed the program of games, dancing and refreshments. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Oakley entertained en-tertained members of the Friendship Friend-ship Circle club and their husbands at a Hallowe'en party at their home Saturday evening. All came in costume. cos-tume. Progressive games' were featured, fea-tured, followed by a tasty lunch. Present were: Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Averett, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Richmond, Rich-mond, Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Weight, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Ash, Mr. and Mrs. George Stone, Mr. and Mrs. Nephi Leyshon and Mr. and Mrs. Mark Oakley, the latter couple being guests. Mr. and Mrs. John Whiting entertained en-tertained at a family dinner at their home Sunday with covers laid for Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Bird, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Condie, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Law, Mr. and Mrs. Eastham Clegg, Mr. and Mrs. La-Celle La-Celle Bird, and Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Stubbs of Salt Lake. Mrs. F. W. Hoffman entertained the ladies of the Kensington club of the Community church at her home Tuesday afternoon. Sewing was the main diversion followed by refreshments.
