Show Miss Ethel Taylor was hostess at a delightful evening's entertainment entertain-ment for members of the N. I. P. club last Saturday evening. Sewing was the principal feature of entertainment enter-tainment followed by a dainty lunch. Present were the following members: Mrs. Thclma Harmer, Miss Merle Blackett, Miss Mabel Averctt, Mrs. Afton Palfreyman, Miss Lois Blanchard, Miss Hilda Clegg. Miss Luella Straw, Mrs. Lu-cile Lu-cile Packard, Mrs. Audrey Jensen, Mrs. Sarahbell Stewart. The tiny new daughter at the home of Principal and Mrs. E. E. Knudsen was honor guest at a prettify arranged layer r tea. The lady faculty members. Novelty Circle Cir-cle members and Boosters club of the high school attended and presented pre-sented the new arrival with a beautiful sweater set and a dozen chrysanthemums. An ente'rtaining feature of the afternoon was the reading of sentiments and best wishes bestowed upon the little daughter by the lady faculty members mem-bers or fairy godmothers as they were termed. After reviewing thn beautiful articles of clothing and handiwork, light refreshments were served. The hostess was assisted by Mrs. Glen Allan and Miss Nettle Pierce. Mis. Harold Palmer and children Harold, Lloyd and Irene, Mrs. Ike j Palmer and daughter, Edna, of : Provo were Sunday guests of Mr. j and Mrs. Paul Brown. |
