Show TAXPAYERS TO MEET IN SALT LAKE Utah Taxpayers Association Meet in Newhouse Hotel December 7 . A':ording to report received today from Chairman Henry II. Polapp of (he t tah Taxpayers association, indications in-dications jmint to one of the most important convention ever held in the state of Utah. The I'tr-h Taxpayers Tax-payers convention will bring together to-gether delegates from every part of the state who, under the direction of this state organization, will en-edavor en-edavor to lay down the principles which, should obtain in the tax situation sit-uation in this state. The value which the taxpayers association has to men in public life and to others who hold responsible positions will bc given at the dinner meeting, commencing at 6:M0 p. m. on December 7lh at the Newhouse Hotel. President Geo. Thomas of the I'niversity of T'tah will point out how taxpayers association can he of assistance to schools. "This is a meeting for all the taxpayers," said .Judge Itolnpp. 'They are all invited the rich and the poor, the high and the low." While some will come as official representatives of the association, all sessions are open to the public. The morning session staarts at 10 o'clock; the afternoon meeting at 2 o'clock and the evening affair at U:30 p. in. A special one-half rate on return tickets will be given to all who attend at-tend the convention of the Utah Tnxpa,!ers association. These rates will be offered on :V. the steam lines.
