Show BRIDGE MAN DIESJNPROVO William II. Peters. Sr., 75, died Sunday ut bis home in Provo. He hud been in ailing health during the past eight years. He came to Utah about 40 years ago and was employed for 27 years as foreman of the bridge construction construc-tion work on the Denver and Kio Grande Western railroad. He resided for many year in Springville but moved to Provo about three years ago. Surviving him are bis widow, Mrs. Oilistn M. Peters and eight sons and daughters as follows: William H. Jr., Aiulerw X.. Perry S., Hilton L., Margaret M. and Cornell A. Peters, all of Provo ; Mrs. Estella Hills, Enghvood, C'nl.. and Mrs. Nellie Graham, also of California. Califor-nia. Funeral services were held in the Springville Fourth ward chapel Thursday afternoon March 5, with Bishop Hilton A. Tlobertson in charge. The speakers were Bishop Nephi Anderson of Provo. Leo C.oates of Salt Lake City and Patriarch O. It. Huntington. Vocal solos were sung by Mrs. Oliver Dai-ton, Dai-ton, Elmo Coffman and Mrs. Sadie Ramsey of Provo. The invocation was by A. G. Curtrs and the benediction bene-diction by Leo G. Robertson. Interment Inter-ment was in the Evergreen cemetery. |
